  Wonderful service. Worked hard to find the issue and gave me very good advice to avoid any problems in the future. Didn’t realize that my kolher faucets were under warranty. He found the part number and phone number to kohler so I would get the parts under thier lifetime warranty. Did not for one minute feel like I was being sold on anything. I moved to this town from Brooklyn about a year a go. I used to live in a condominium apartment. Now I live in a house and suddenly there is no hot water, I didn’t know what to do.
