Went the extra step and cleaned up our bathroom when he was finished. Stuck around for a bit to make sure everything was squared away before leaving as well. Yesterday he fixed my booster pump problem quickly and efficiently. He also showed me what I should be doing for my hot water unit while he waited for glue to dry! Because he knew exactly what was wrong with the booster pump and repaired the problem, my water irrigation system is now working properly—saving me about a thousand dollars in unneeded valve replacement! The gang at WNY Plumbing always respond quickly and get the job done. They’re on my team!
